Fundraising for Flood Relief in Kerala
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We are all well aware of the natural disaster in Kerala, many have lost their lives and livelihood. As they are trying to re-build everything some of them from scratch, it would be imperative to help them during this time. Hence, as announced last Sunday, on Aug 25th (Picnic Day) we will contribute all the proceeds from the Auction for the Flood Relief in Kerala.

Details of the Event
We have cancelled all the competitions that are usually associated with the picnic.
Main focus will be on raising funds through auction.
No family registration fees (Add that amount to the contribution if possible).
There will be cook-out along with the auction
Please bring check with you so that payment for the auction and contributions if any can be made on the same day. (Check Memo: Auction/Flood Relief).
Please don’t wait to make the payment later since we need to send the funds ASAP.
We earnestly request everyone to be available for this event and actively participate in the auction by buying as well as bringing items for the auction such as vegetables, plants, paintings, art works, etc.
